Cancellation policy
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. However, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been prepared for shipment, or shipped.
Orders that include preorders, backorders, subscriptions, or other purchase options may have different cancellation eligibility depending on order status.
Preorders and backorders may be canceled before the order enters processing. Subscriptions may be canceled or modified prior to the next scheduled billing or shipment.
Once processing or fulfillment has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds, if approved, are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
