Shipping Rates
Shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout based on package weight, box dimensions, destination, and selected carrier service. Rates shown at checkout are live, real-time carrier rates, and we do not mark them up or profit from shipping charges.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Duties, VAT & Customs
Customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
Depending on your country and local laws, these charges may be collected at checkout or upon delivery by the carrier or local customs authority. Where available, our checkout may offer prepaid or pay-on-delivery options.
Some countries place restrictions on certain items, and customs decisions are outside of our control. That said, we have a proven track record with thousands of international orders across hundreds of countries, and the vast majority of shipments clear smoothly.
Handling Time
In most cases, orders ship the next business day, often in the morning (EST).
In rare or extraneous circumstances (high volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address verification, technology issues, etc.), handling may take 1–2 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Transit Times & Delivery Estimates
Transit times are estimates only and are provided by the shipping carrier.
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery speed, routing, delays, and final delivery timing are entirely out of our control.
We ship using exactly the service you select at checkout. If you choose a slower or economy service, delivery times will reflect that choice.
Weekends & Holidays
Most carriers do not move or deliver packages on weekends or holidays unless you selected a service that explicitly includes weekend delivery.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays usually ship the next business day. See "Handling Time" above for exceptions.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may lag behind actual package movement.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal, customs issues, or an incorrect address, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to help. In some cases, reshipping fees may apply or reshipment may not be possible.
Carrier Issues & Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- The carrier
- Customs inspections or holds
- Weather or natural events
- Labor disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
