Fortitude wurde entwickelt, um die Wirkung von PDE-5-Hemmern nachzuahmen. PDE-5-Hemmer sind die klassischen Medikamente gegen Erektionsstörungen wie Viagra und Cialis. Fortitude ersetzt zwar kein Rezept für die blaue Pille, bietet aber deutlich mehr als vergleichbare Medikamente und kann den meisten Männern eine spürbare Verbesserung der Erektionsqualität und -häufigkeit ermöglichen, unabhängig davon, ob sie bereits PDE-5-Hemmer einnehmen.
Epimedium (Ziegenkraut) – Standardisiert auf 10 % Icariin, einen Wirkstoff, der nachweislich die Erektionsfähigkeit verbessert. Genau die richtige Menge für Wirksamkeit und Sicherheit.
Fortitude enthält starke Vasodilatatoren, sodass neben der Steigerung der Erektionsqualität auch eine Steigerung der Muskelleistung und Ausdauer sowie eine Verbesserung der Durchblutung im gesamten Körper möglich ist.
Die empfohlene Tagesdosis beträgt 4 Kapseln. Männer, die bereits PDE-5-Hemmer einnehmen, sollten mit einer halben Dosis Fortitude beginnen, um mögliche Nebenwirkungen auszuschließen. Obwohl selten, kann es bei der Einnahme hoher Dosen von PDE-5-Hemmern ohne gleichzeitige Gabe anderer gefäßerweiternder Mittel zu niedrigem Blutdruck kommen.

It does what it says on the tin. It is pretty strong however. Enough so that I decided 1 caplet was more than enough throughout the day, 2 caplets tops. Your mileage may vary, but if you're looking for an alternative PDE-5 inhibitor, over the counter, look no further.

Definitely feel a lot more "solid" with taking this product. Can't say it has helped anything be better or worse with my workouts but definitely works where it's advertised too. Highly recommend.

Works well, even on a difficult case like me. Hashimotos has played havoc with my hormones, and my libido. Fortitude, consistently taken over time, has started to reignite the pilot light.
So far it’s been great. I feel like I have better eq (coupled with working out/some cardio). Vigor is a great pre-workout! Keeps me feeling juiced throughout the lift.
